Online Gift Card Promotion
Goal: Create content and usable navagation for the product site and drive customers to the site.
Solution: This was a unique project. After creating the content and navigation of the site, I had to come up with a way to convince reluctant users to visit it. To do this, I developed an e-card campaign. An e-card was sent out to the purchasing database inviting 10,000 customers to come to the site to redeem it. The promotion ran for four months with a return rate of 30%. Additional marketing to promote the campaign included a print ad in the back of the client's catalogue and reminder direct mail letter.
